Our staff is looking forward to seeing you in the near future. To make sure that you are going to have the best visit possible, our guest services staff has listed some important tips when visiting our facility.

Parents and/or supervisors are responsible for supervising their children and children under 12 must be accompanied at all times by an adult.

How long can you spend at the TELUS World of Science?

• Our visitors will spend 2 to 4 hours in one visit at the TELUS World of Science.
• All of our Discovery Dome Shows are less than 45 minutes.
• If you are planning on being a frequent visitor to the TELUS World of Science think about buying a TELUS World of Science Membership. It is a fantastic value to our frequent visitors.

Amenities

• We have paid parking available.
• All of our washrooms are located on our main level. This includes a family/wheelchair accessible washroom and a public washroom.
• You can bring your own food into the TELUS World of Science but we also have food and beverages available at our Lunch Pad Cafe. We have tables and chairs for you to use when you eat.
• We do not have highchairs available.
• Our facility is wheelchair accessible.

When visiting WOWtown

We do not allow food of any kind in WOWtown including coffee and other beverages. We have stroller parking outside WOWtown but do not allow strollers in the gallery.

We would like kids to keep their shoes on when playing in WOWtown so if your kids are wearing boots to the TELUS World of Science your child may appreciate lighter shoes to wear inside the gallery.

Are you a parent of a toddler?

You may find it helpful to bring a change of clothes when visiting WOWtown. Our staff find that toddlers can get quite wet when they play in our "water play" area.
