Amazement ParkImagine a young mother with two toddlers exploring the Discovery Area – a big sand box and water park for play, then have lunch at the picnic tables under native shade trees. Further on, a group of school children will have divided into two groups, the younger exploring all the experiential pathways and the older kids taking the challenge to find their way through large-scale interactive features. Family groups will gather in the central area to play with wild and crazy sun powered whirly gigs, while more active young teenage guests will find their physical limits thoroughly tested on giant climbing nets. Guests will find all along the way, science and art exhibits based on resonance, sound, light, optics and other physical phenomenon. This will be punctuated by intriguing, iconic sculptural elements that may raise more questions and interpretations, than answer facts about science. BIG MACHINES – This area will include experiences like the universally popular “Giant lever” and “Bike on A Rope”, where mechanical advantage becomes an amazing reality. SMART CARS – Mobile science carts looking a little bit like popcorn vendor carts, present science topics of the day. |
